Weekend stuff

We had to laugh when Nathan was riding his bike the other day and we could hear him outside huffing and puffing about something. I thought he was complaining about his bike but it turns out he saw a snake and freaked. So we went out to see if we could find it and there it was. Mike was keeping it from slithering away by using two sticks so I could run in and grab the camera. He finally gave up on the sticks and just picked it up, eeeew. Anywho, when it's tongue came out and we saw it was red, Nathan got totally interested and decided that it was pretty cool. He even pet it a few times. By the time we let it go, he was bummed he couldn't keep it.

Nathan's best bud Jack came to spend the night and we did s'mores in the backyard. It was totally cute to listen to them talk to each other. They were making marshmallows for each other and I told them they were so cute. Nathan explained it was because they're best friends and Jack says, "yeah, good times, good times." Hee hee! They're so funny :)
